Basic facts for a healthy nutrition

Nutrition is the procedure when nutrients in form of food are introduced in the organism, their absorption and utilization. It is a main term of life, assures the basic for tissue construction, loss replacement and maintenance of vital life support factors.

Choosing what we eat is mainly determined by habits, traditions, taste, social and cultural factors. However, sometimes this choice might be wrong from the point of view of healthy nutrition. Not only quantity, but quality and components are also important and count.

A healthy diet should be put together from various and several basic aliments, being prepared in different ways. The use of nutritional supplements is also not negligible to have enough omega 3 fatty acids, CoQ10, basic vitamins, plant enzymes, trace minerals, antioxidant blends and herbal complexes.

  1. Avoid oily foods! Try to bake your cookies and cakes with margarine. The most involved are people leading a sedentary lifestyle.

  4. Drink or eat at least three times a week milk or low fatty dairy products, cheese, curd, yoghurt!

  5. Try to eat fruits and vegetables daily!

  7. Drink lots of water or other fluid and try to avoid too much alcohol and sweetened drinks!

A proper, balanced diet doesn’t ban food or special courses, it just highlights the fact, that some aliments should be favorable and some should be reduced. To build up your own personal diet is important not only if you're a person wanting to lose weight, but also if you try to maintain the health of your organism.
